In an article in today's GoKunming, it refered to a section of Kunming as follows:
Angsana Hotel and Banyan Tree Villa in north Kunming's Platinum Avenue Business District

Does anyone recognize this reference? Give me a hint about where that's located?

It is a new development zone along a road between the north end of Beijing Lu and Chuanjin Lu (the road to the golden temple)
