One of the reasons I prefer desktop computers to laptops is the longer lifespan and greater ability to upgrade.
In this particular case is the laptop being used at home? If so, do you have an external monitor or even a TV that be connected to a VGA or HDMI port until a final solution can be found?

It is possible for a resident of Canada to get a divorce from a person in China. Of course that person would have to move back there and be resident for more than a year - but it's possible.
My wife's cousing (in Kunming) married a Canadian (in Toronto). The marriage eventually broke up and he did successfully file for divorce in Toronto.

Had my first ever visit to Slice of Heaven last night for a group party. Barbara recognized me as a newcomer and immediately came to welcome me and introduce herself.
While speaking with her at the counter, a server walked past with a pizza for one table. The aroma immediately caught my attention. It was awesome.
Our group shared 4 different pizzas. All were amazing. I think the sauce really makes the difference since it was very flavourful. I also put back to cups of cappuccino. I guess they must have fixed problems noted in other reviews because I found it to be quite good.
If I lived closer I would be a regular here.

Posted byI'm not sure this is actually a competitor site. The Kunming government has a responsibility to encourage and develop new sources of investment and tourism. In this new site they are simply doing their job.
It's possible they may have access to information that would not be immediately available to GoKunming, and vice versa, so the two sites could actually be complementary rather than competitive.
As for their skill with the English language, so what if it's not perfect. It's way better than my knowledge of the Chinese language and in general I can understand what they are trying to say.
