maybe, maybe not, but if she is testion boundaries, and she is expected her 'man' to set them, and he isnt, then she may feel she has married someone weak. weakness is not respected in ch culture. meakness will usually be seen as weakiness imho. look at profiles on dating site, the womens profiles say that man 'should' run the house. they don't put 'not nec3ssary' this includes female high flyers. might be an idea to look at the model in the womans family.
@quester agree and i think the flip side is the male is expected to be the man and take charge. yes i know this is sexists but we are not living in a pc world here. ...isms abound. not saying it is right or wrong. just saying it is.

It is more about dumb greed of owners. If their neighbour gets 30k they want at least that, and will let property sit empty for years in the vain hope of getting the higher rent.
Swedish design ideas, kunming build quality. i have bought lots of ikea stuff in the past, the furniture at #11 are poor facsimiles of genuine item. Yes stuff is affordable, but poorly made and overpriced in my opinion. we took a good look around and looked closely at build quality and walked away.
It might be worth identifying which Prague venue you are reviewing.
When I first arrived in Kunming I did a tour of Wenlin Jie. I did't like the look of Prague.
More recently I have used Prague in Beichen a lot and I like it.
