There used to be a hotel on the corner of Jingming Nan Lu and Juxian Jie. 丽水云泉大酒店 lìshuǐ yún quán dà jiǔdiàn. This is near the shopping area of university town, close to Yunnan Normal Univ.
There is a spar in the basement. Some of the local expats used to go there for a hot tub, you can share with friends if you want it to be social.

massage also cheap may help aching legs with targetted massage. neighborhood therapy places usually have the chinese medicine anatomy charts on the wall. happy ending massage places often have a barber pole outside. could also ask at the tcm univerisity if you can be practice patient for senior students
