Is China allowing foreign couples to be married in China now? I thought the government isn't issuing marriage certificates to foreign couples?

There are a few taxi companies in Kunming, the office of the Expo Taxi company 云南世博出租车公司 is in the carpark at the gates of the Golden Temple.

If its not too far away it may be worth a visit.

A German friend based in north China who used to visit XJ often for business told me that he needs a permit to visit XJ now.

Has anyone here with this 'Greencard' been able to order train tickets on line then print them at the station using their card?

Or do you still have to go to the ticket seller to get the ticket printed?

Remember that you don't have to do the tests in any particular order, so if you see one test has a long line then do something else first.
