just take a walk. within 15 minutes, you'll see someone sifting through a rubbish bin for their daily bread. give them as much as you can afford. actually, i've been thinking of selling my DVD collection and giving the money to a homeless person...

It's easier and more beneficial to just give your DVD collection to the poor. They can watch it first, then they can sell it.
