"Across from KFC" airport bus stop is on Beichen Dadao not on Beijing Lu, like Baidu says. It stops at regular bus stop Beichen Dadao, there are no marks about that. But probably you will see some people with the suitcase. You can get a ticket on the bus.

I'm just off after very long house hunting in Kunming - the other very popular scam here is to post attractive advertisment with very attractive apartment and then it appears that "THAT" apartment is not existing, it's just a trap to get you to call to a certain agent. Probably you will see some good and bad apartments with him/her, but you will never see that "ONE", that you would like to see (I mean from the add).
