I use the one at the back of my xiao Qu. It's on Qixiang lu. It's a groomers, pet shop and kennels/cattery. 30 kuai a night if you provide your own dog food, 40 if they provide. Your dog will be walked two or three times a day. You'll need to show your vaccination book to prove his or her vaccines are up to date. If you want contact info, let me know. I'm disappointed with pretty much all Chinese food. Tasteless unless you add lajiao in my opinion. Some of the street food type snacks are ok, Guandu baba for example.
