They are only a clinic, so I think they can only provide consultation. When my family have attended there, the foreign medical staff seemed qualified, but I don't know the specifics. You could call and ask them.

If you want peace of mind during a pregnancy, you could definitely take your ultrasound/blood test results etc for them to interpret. Perhaps you would sometimes get a different perspective than from a Chinese hospital, if you feel that would reassure you.

I believe at least one of the docs there has that speciality. A colleague of mine recently had all her pregnancy tests arranged and interpreted by one of the staff there.

? I went this morning to the Yunnan Kidney Hospital,云南肾脏病医院, and couldn't find out any sign of the International Clinic.

You have to go into the building and you'll see pharmacy reception table. Take the escalators on the right up and walk down the corridor all the way to the end. You'll see small signs along the way for the clinic.

If in doubt, give them a call - the lady I spoke to had perfect English and gave very clear instructions. (0871) 64119100

I believe Kunming International Clinic is now in Boya Hospital on Guangfu Lu, directly opposite the Aegean Centre (ai qin hai 爱琴海).

Otto Melon is right about the location, I went there today and had great service.
