Hello. I am considering moving my BJ-based NGO to KM; I hope to switch grey skies and clogged roads for blue skies and green views... is this possibly an unrealistic goal?? Could I rent or buy a place with a garden on a low budget? Are there leafy areas of town that are not too far from everything? Is it easy to get out of the city? Do NGO people get together much? I have many questions... anyone want to comment, share info? Thank you!
