( of course trough their home-stay program ) . I wonder is there any foreigner who hasn't been there yet? Check it out, they'll ask you about your ideas and ways how to promote their website and improve their work, ( of course part of interview ) to show if you are 'right candidate' for job for 50kuai per hour :-)

It is really simple. If you have a good product or service, there really is no need to advertise, they will come. Word of mouth is the best advert.
How to get more foreigners to come to china - Have a competition to see who can complain the most about China and offer a lifetime visa to the winner.
A 3 member panel consisting of 2 Chinese and 1 foreigner will decide who is the winner. Any idea on who the 3 members of the panel will be?
I'll tell you how to get more foreigners to come to China. First, make everyone in China speak English. We should NOT have to learn the ridiculous Chinese language. Second, serve AMERICAN food, like hot dogs and hamburgers, or open lots more McDonald's. Chinese food is all terrible, disgusting, poisonous, and dangerous. Third, treat us better and give us more money. Finally, make Chinese people act OBJECTIVELY right, like us Americans.
