1) 营业执照
2) 税务登记证
3) 组织机构代码证

get a copy, try to look for stamps or if it updated, it should be since its required every year to annually renew it.

if they have this 3 its a registered company, it will have names on it on who owns the company and all

now its your due diligence to check this documents if they are fake or not. by going to the registry or as i said the districts local govt office found on those document where its registered at.

you also may have an understanding that who you meet and deal with is/are the people names also written on the documents

look if they gave you a contract, doesnt mean you should sign it right away. ask for documents that you want and say we need to do checking first, leave your contract and when its all done ill call you and the money is ready.

dealing with govt offices comes from the fact that your company itself is represented by whatever purpose, just so like this design that you are ask to work with/for them by hiring your services then you are in no position at all to deal with govt offices. whatever they say dont listen because its not your project, your just being hired for your skills.

just an update, the hongta ice rink is closed already. sadly to say only one rink is now available in the whole kunming which is the newly opened mall in front of KIA.

for hockey activities we dont see anything yet but you can ask the rink about it but for now its still on the works.
