I am sure the rest of the expats here in Kunming are as vigilent as I am when it comes to making ATM withdrawls.
When I went to make my usual 3000 RMB withdrawl today I noticed it totaled $480.76. This is the same rate as it was back in January 2013.
I am sure most have noticed this trend over the last few months. Although I am happy to get more RMB for my dollars I do worry about the upcoming planned collapse that will be coming and how it will affect us all.

Well said Tiger. Students who don't have a clue how or what to learn coupled with tutors who also don't know the needs of the students or who don't know how to set goals for their students.
Teaching a new student tones is ignorant.

Public Security Bureau Exit & Entry Certificates Service (Visa) Office
The new Visa office is located at 118 Tuo Dong Road. There is no number on the building yet so do not bother to look for it. There are 2 passport photo shops on either side of the building. The office is located directly in front of the Kunming Museum. The bus stop is named - Shi Bo Wu Guan - Bus 1, 62, 109, 117, 145, 213, A1 and K3 stop directly in front of the office. Foreigners need to go to the 3rd floor. The Tuo Dong Stadium is located to the right of the office while Baita Road is located to the left of the office.
