I called him a liar if he doesn't post his sources after making such asinine claims. He refused to post any proof so I am not required to believe him.
He expects people to believe him just because he "KNOWS." I find that quite arrogant actually.

If one cannot back up their claims then they should not expect people to blindly accept them.

Look closely at the post you quoted me.
"Firing ricocheting bullets into a crowd is the worst thing you could do."

Maybe I should have spelled it out better that I meant a crowd of innocent bystanders with only a few assailants. That is my bad.

I stand by my point. As others have said aiming for a limb or ricochet against a particular assailant in a crowd of innocent bystanders is a low percentage shot. Again, most police officers are trained to aim for the torso.

Equating firing into a mob for crowd control and firing at a limb or trying to ricochet at a specific target/assailant is at worst dishonest and best willfully ignorant. It is two completely different situations.

Have I made myself clear?

So we are just supposed to take your word for it because you "know." That's really convenient.

Any other unmitigated lies you want to spread about police work?

It's funny that you don't want to continue discussing the police tactic when pressed about how you came across this information. I agree you should stop talking about it because you are just embarrassing yourself.

Have a nice day sunshine.

@TigerTiger. Give us your sources, otherwise you are lying.

If you didn't think it was applicable in this situation then why did you bring it up?

Firing low into a group of people that all want to hurt you is very very different from firing at one aggressors foot in a crowd of innocent by-standers.

Also, don't play symantics.

@Redjon77: lol at Chinglish grub. I'm going to start using that. Thanks for letting us know.

@Everyone else: Just got back from the photo exibit. It's definitly worth a look. The photo's were really good. I think Jolie Luo has a lot of potential as an artist.

@Dazzer: You've misread what I've wrote. I am saying they should showcase a GB photographer. The one they are showcasing is from China. It doesn't make a whole lot of sense.
