Hi....I am going to be coming to Kunming to work near Dianchi Lake and wondered if anyone can recommend a good area to Rent a clean, modern 1 bedroom apartment in this area. Would really like to be close to some convenient amenities such as shopping/eating etc. I know there is a shopping area with a Carrefour near the top of Dianchi Road as you head back into the city but someone mentioned there is also a new residential development and shopping mall in this area now but nor sure where. I am currently I. Shanghai and will relocate so. So any he,p us much appreciated

Can anyone give me any information about getting a chinese driving license. I have a valid UK license but trying to get information on how to go about getting a chinese license is proving to be pretty difficult.

Any feeback is much appreciated.
