I am desperate to find a good Western hairdresser here in Kunming... someone who has knowledge of colouring and highlights in particular!!! My hairdresser has JUST left for 6 months and I need to find someone who can do blonde highlights and maintain my colour... it's not vanity! IT'S A NECESSITY!!!
