If I go back, it won't be for the lazy service or the bland spaghetti bolognese. The cosiness and selection of beers could and the game aspect will be the only reasons to go back. Really some places should just try ro be what they are: cafés, not restaurants.

What is up with all these 5 star reviews? from the owners and friends?

The first time we went it was okay, nice. Had that sensation with the wife of "oh, we found a new place to have some meals! Wonderful! Life is good!"

That was in the evening and the owner, Daniel, helped to serve us and made sure our food was okay, and it was. I was happy.

But... the next time was in the day time. Daniel was not there. The wait staff were obviously collectively lost and incompetent. All of this was worsen by the fact that we had our hopes up from the previous visit and i had even told friends of the place.

The staff were simply lazy!!!!!! Almost had to force them to serve us. We got a pizza and salad, but the salad was drenched in too much vinaigrette. Inedible. And worse, the pizza was soggy!!!! Wet. We complained and the sorry excuse for a waiter said that was the way it was supposed to be. We said we were just a week ago and it was not soggy then when the boss was there. He said nothing and just wanted to get back to doing nothing. When we said we wanted another pizza he said okay, but we have to pay for the soggy one anyway.

We decided to give it one more chance, since it was good the first time.

This time things were worse. The place was full of moronic gamers playing some childish card game and smoking and yelling. We should have left, but we found a table and ordered a pizza.

When it arrive the girl dropped it on out table and vanished. No napkins. No plates. No forks. No water (which we had requested twice). We got her and asked for those things and she looked like we pissed her off. He huffed off and got them. And guess what... another soggy pizza!!!! Two in a row.

And this time the owner, Daniel, was there. But he was totally occupied with the gamers and playing this role playing game himself.

Of all the rude western places we have been to this was the worst. The staff are imbeciles at best, and is the cooking peeing on the pizzas or what?

Will never go back.

This place puts many other establishments to shame with its excellent, great value pizza and salads. Fresh orange juice. Good management. Loads of games!

Less than perfect rating because the pasta is only 'passable', and the service staff are not yet well trained, sometimes muddling or forgetting orders. Also, it can get a bit smoky upstairs, if you're not near the windows.
