A word of warning - I downloaded the PPTV software from yankee's link above today and (accidentally?) also downloaded "Antivirus 360" software. The net seems to imply this is a rather nasty bit of malware and I'm currently struggling to remove it (not helped by my not reading characters). I'm sure it was my mis-click that did this somehow, but if you try to maintain a clean PC, be careful!

@Ocean, what I usually do is just untick everything during the installation process. Since it is free, it offers the option to install other softwares to support themselves.
You can also install it on another windows user account like laotou suggested here:

Thanks @yankee. Yes, I thought I'd deselected everything, but I must have missed one. I managed to uninstall it eventually last night and get rid of the trojans it had infected my PC with! I'll pluck up the courage to try laotou's suggestion sometime. EPL action is alluring!! Cheers.

cnotes11, my internet speed is good. I am not a technical guy, but maybe it is because u are living downtown, where so many people use the internet at the same time. I am living in the northeast, or 北市区. It's been great.

About cable channel for football. I don't know whether u are watching the so-called "Digital TV" (数字电视). If u do, there is a channel called 风云足球 (kind of CCTV-Football Channel). But u got pay extra 5 RMB a month. If you could get it, it really can provide u a good channel to enjoy football.
