I have a friend asking me about licensing technology to a Chinese firm (small-scale deal) and I think he'll definitely want a lawyer to draw up the contract and advise him on how to execute the transaction, but don't know personally know anybody to recommend.

They will steal it sooner or later; one way or another. So unless he has no other takers or needs this money for his mortgage...
