Has anyone had problems with packages from Taobao?
I received an order with 9 items missing-what to do?

contact the seller. click on the Aliwangwang thing on the item page (the little blue blob next to the sellers name). have a photo of the package closed or open ready to send them. never had that problem but have had one thing missing and incorrect items. sorry if you know all this... good luck!
