In the US we have parallel and angle parking. Double parking is illegal.

In Kunming they have parallel, angle and random parking. Double parking is pretty normal but usually used in narrow spots at high traffic periods.

Best way to describe parking in China is opportunistic. See a hole. just drive right in.

Also, as parking is not related to driving the wrong way, or driving on the wrong side of streets, it mystery to most Chinese drivers.
