My husband and I, and our 2 young children (2 years and 6 months) are travelling to Kunming this Sunday, and we will be living there for 6 months and going to language school (at Keats School - dong feng dong lu). We are looking to rent a 3 bedroom apartment within walking distance. If anyone knows of where to look, that would be great. I'll also be looking to buy some baby stuff (cot, high chair) if anyone has any to sell.

Keats is a good school but if you're going to be here for half a year you might not want to focus on staying in walking distance of the school, especially if you don't speak Chinese yet - possible to get trapped in small social circles of new arrivals. Transportation in Kunming is not difficult - suggest you come take a look around first.

Good luck with a 2 year old and a 6 month old baby in Kunming. I truly hope it goes well.
