Huddersfield Town and Reading face off for a place in next season's Premier League in what is known as the 'richest game in football' and which takes place at Wembley on Monday, May 29 2017.

The match kicks off at 15:00 UK time which is 10pm here in China.

Huddersfield finished fifth in the league under David Wagner and fans will not have expected them to get so far. They booked their place at Wembley with a penalty shootout victory over Sheffield Wednesday and the West Yorkshire side will be hoping to return to the top tier for the first time since 1972.

Reading, meanwhile, have also surprised under Jaap Stam, finishing third in the table, and they saw off Fulham to reach the final. They have been in the Premier League more recently, from 2006-2008 and 2012-13.
