A friend of ours is saying Calmette （甘美) hospital is planning to offer another dose for foreigners next Tuesday and Wednesday. Has anyone heard similar reports or confirmed directly?
A few months ago, I was speaking with one of the big bosses of our schools from Beijing, and he said 90% of the foreigners had got the shot once. I'm assuming that's based on the ones he was dealing with.
Kunming/Yunnan's foreigners are mostly from SEA, probably not a high priority in normal circumstances.

Hello, I am trying to get fingerprints done as it is required to get my Canadian Criminal Record when abroad. The Canadian embassy recommends the "Expert Testimony Center of Yunnan Police Officer College" but they are not providing the service to foreigners at the moment. A friend tried with a public notary and it was the same result.
Anyone has had success with fingerprints post-covid and can offer a suggestion? I am considering to just go to another city at this point.
