My own reading came across as 'these chinese have no manners but I'm a saint' but maybe I misread.
Maybe you need to move and get some new neighbours, mine are always kind, polite etc.
@Alien I can officially tell you I take the middle ground. There is loads I like about China and there is also plenty I don't like about China. But I also know that wherever I happened to be I'd probably have the same kind of standing, just different issues. Hell even back in my home town of London there's plenty I like/dislike, nowhere is going to ever be a perfect haven. I'm happy in Kunming so I stay.
GoKunming for me is just a place to moan about the bad stuff here or have a laugh along with people experiencing the same issues. I'm sure the stuff said is not people's 100% experience, just stand out issues that happen every now and then.
Oh GoKunming is also useful for some info once in a while lol.

Posted byIt's on the rise and being legalised in certain countries because some people are starting to see it's not quite deserving of the label it got back in the day! Obviously not all people as your tone seems instantly against it's use ;o) It's something that shouldn't be compared to the likes of opium based narcotics and doesn't lead to things like HIV/AIDS infections so shouldn't be in the same discussion.

Always wondered how much these people make, knew it would be low but still thought it'd be a little higher than that :(
