I don’t know the DNA test you are using but in general they are saliva based or slime from the inside of the mouth. Usual pretty straight forwards and no medical knowledge is required.
Normally these test come with clear instructions how to use them so simply wait for it to arrive and read the instructions.
In the unlikely case that qualified medical staff is required you can try: www.gokunming.com/[...]
The shops mentioned in the original posts from 12 years ago have long since gone. They never were real electronic component shops to start with but just sold some odd computer parts.
Even “Computer street” itself ( BeiMenJie) is only a shadow of what it used to be. As michael2015 said; all this stuff has gone online only.
One online shop that sells simple kits to make your own electronic gadgets is: dzdiyzz.taobao.com/?spm=2013.1.1000126.3.24331d20jjcvN0

A China Eastern Airlines aircraft carrying 132 people crashed in Southern China's Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region on Monday, the Civil Aviation Administration of China said.
The plane was traveling from Kunming, capital of Yunnan province, to Guangzhou, capital of Guangdong province. Air traffic controllers lost track of the plane in Wuzhou, Guangxi. The flight was carrying 123 passengers and nine crew members.
The administration initiated the nation's emergency response mechanism and dispatched a working group to the crash site to investigate. No information concerning casualties was available.
A village official who participated in the on-site rescue said the plane had completely disintegrated and he did not see remains of the victims at the scene, according to Chutian Metropolis Daily - a newspaper based in Wuhan, Hubei province.
Got my booster some time ago. They called me by phone six months after the second shot to remind me.
Probably thinks came to a standstill now because its Spring Festival.
With the limited amount of taxis in Kunming it is quite possible to make a living during non-rush-hour hours. I several times spend travel times exceeding at least twice the normal time during rush-hours. This means that more trips can be done during non-rush-hours thus the hourly income is higher (And the frustration lower) than during rush-hours. To remedy this a rush-hour surcharge could be introduced but then everybody would be complaining that things are to expensive.
This is the parking place of the Tiger Leaping Gorge. Looks like it happened at night because during the day this parking is full of cars and busses. The road is on the left of the picture and must be closed off as well. Clearing this will take some time because one cannot push the debris just over the edge because there is the Tiger Leaping Gorge itself. Might be nice to have a second big stone laying in the middle of the stream but that rock is bit too large to move in one piece.
As usual in reports in the local press the numbers are wrong. The big rock in the middle alone is 30 cubic meters (compared to the buildings in the back). The debris must be chopped up and even blasted to smaller pieces and then carted off. Pity that these horrible plaster murals on the hillside have not been destroyed.
