Very good food! They have vegan options for every dish, and have incredible vegan mozzarella! The owner is really nice, and the vibe here is great. I am really looking forward to getting breakfast here c:

Incredibly good, authentic Italian food. Went here for dinner on Christmas and it was amazing. They serve really good cocktails as well, and all the staff are super friendly!

Has become a staple for brunch on Sunday. The Mexican skillet is amazing, order it every time. Not only is it a great place to eat, but the terrace on the roof also makes it perfect for a couple of hours of relaxation. Would recommend this to anyone, especially the skillets, blueberry pancakes, and coffee!

Lost Garden's kitchen has became a Saratrical masterpiece! Great tea just the way it should be made, combined with tangy and titilating specialties from the south of the US, South of the border, and beyond! Rooftop is Kunmings top place to catch some rays and chill out with a book or some buddies and booze. Look forward to menu expansion and much love to the mastermind chef in the Kitchen!

KCEL is a very good school.
The teachers here are very professional and they helped me pass the HSK4 exam in a short time.
I have chosen listening and speaking classes and comprehensive classes here, and I have a very happy time with my teachers every day. I really appreciate my teachers, they help you a lot.
The school also provides coffee and tea daily, as well as snacks.
There are also activities during the festival.
I am looking forward to Christmas patry coming soon.
So I highly recommend it if you want to learn Chinese and you don't like traditional, boring classes. KCEL is your best choice.

Lost Garden has recently been renovated and now features a cafè/restaurant and new management. Great cozy atmosphere, just around the corner from Green Lake, lovely terrace on the third floor with lots of sun in the afternoon and the best brunch in town. We tried the breakfast skillets - very generous portions and the food is prepared using fresh local ingredients. Coffee was great and the drinks menu includes mimosas and bloody mary. Not to be missed!

Marta and Joy's food tour was an amazing experience! My brother and sister-in-law came to Yunnan for a two-week trip around the province, and we joined with another family for the tour at the end of our trip. To this day, my brother says this was the highlight of the entire trip! Although I wish he had said some of the other things I organized for the two of them were up there (!), too, I can't disagree that Marta and Joy's food tour was, and is, one of the most interesting things to do while in town. We learned so much about the province's minority cultures, Kunming's historical sites, and the stories behind the wonderful flavors and dishes of this part of the country. I wholeheartedly agree with my brother in saying that the Yunnan in a Bowl food tour must be a part of anyone's time in Kunming; as a resident (like myself) or someone just passing through. Can't wait to see what Marta and Joy have planned for the future!

I forgot about this little place for many years, but the other day I was in the mood for hotpot and decided to take a look at the menu. Being vegetarian I was under the impression that they wouldn't have much in the way of veggie options but to my delight they have a veggie set meal and many good options which you can order individually. I feel silly for not having checked earlier. Of course much of the menu has meat options and you can get the split hotpot bowl so everyone can have what they want. I'll definitely be adding this into the rotation. Nice little option right in Wen Hua Xiang.
