The staff is super friendly and the food is pretty good.

This place is REALLY good.

Go in the entrance on the back side of the building beside the entrance to the underground garage and take the elevator to 3rd floor.

Yes, Chinese-style Western food -- in reasonable-sized portions.

The kitchen, which does not warrant an inspection, is viewable at the side of the building.

Overlooking a good view of Green Lake, if you try not to notice the municipal garbage building on the opposite side of the street.

All Western-type restaurants must be able to serve wine by-the-glass, which this doesn't.

Be wary about items that you didn't order, for example, hot towels, because you'll pay for them on the bill.
