I highly recommend the Game Café. Their quiches and pizzas are delicious and they also have very nice sweet food like a apple-pie (excellent) or crepe. And after, before or during your time to enjoy the food, you might want to play some funny game their ! Absolutely to be recommended, try it by yourself and let us know your impression.

As geeks ourselves, we absolutely liked the Game Café! We learned a bunch of new games and had many hours of fun over there. Not only it's a comfortable, cozy, welcoming and great place to be and play, but now with the addition of the new food, it's becoming quite near perfect!! Go and taste Wendy's quiche and apple pie, you won't forget it and will always come back! Ask Guillaume (Daniel) for a new game and he'll be the happiest man on earth!:-)

The Game Cafe is one of my favorite places in Kunming.

They have tons of different games, not just your typical scrabble and monopoly and are really good about recommending new games and explaining how to play.

The cafe is cozy and has very decently priced food and drinks- much cheaper than similar places along WenlinJie.

This is a great place to hang out with friends or take people you don't know that well so you have something fun to do while you get to know each other.

I've been there maybe 5 times collectively, and I really like it. I don't drink beer often so I usually order tea. I think it is a good place to meet someone to have a nice night, whereas it is priced well and there are many games you can choose. It does get crowded on the weekend....but then again what place doesn't?
