Where is the go Kunming gallery??

I'm looking for the 1945 photos of Kunming, many of these photos shows how clear and clean the air was.

I think someone mentioned it was gonna be down for a while, then it was gonna be updated and better. Think it was in the 'Welcome to the New Go Kunming' article.
