I haven't been there for over a year, but last time went there they had a dedicated section for foreigners learning Chinese.

If you're not in any hurry though ordering on dangdang.com or amazon.cn is a nicer alternative. Both have pay on delivery service and books are usually delivered within a week.

Also, universities that offer hsk training will probably be willing to sell books to non-students. Might also be cheaper since they buy in bulk.
