I'm trying to gauge whether or not there is any interest in starting a regular trivia night at one of the bars here in Kunming.

For those not familiar with trivia, you and a group of friends show up, answer trivia questions, drink some beer, and the team with the highest score at the end of the night gets some sort of prize. I've been searching online and there are trivia sites that cater to an international audience, so questions would not be biased towards any given nationality (although, the questions will all be in English, so there is that bias).

Please message me or respond to this thread if you are interested, as it would help me to be able to approach a bar owner with a rough estimate of how many people he/she could expect.

Also, it would probably be a week night, or Sunday, so please let me know if a specific day works best for you.

Chapter One used to run this kind of thing - might be worth talking to Piers (manager/owner) about the pros and cons of it, and learning why they stopped doing it - it's possible they might be interested in starting it up again.

My understanding is that the winners used to set the questions for the next quiz - to me, this would be a disincentive to trying to win - i'm too lazy i guess.
