hi - having terrible internet problems this morning at home - keep getting directed to a site in Chinese marked China Telecom and with a URL that says 172.173.1.10/manage/expense_tips/kdxf.html

Am in an office now and connection seems ok, so any ideas what's wrong with my home connection??
