The law is the law, not a suggestion, but like the old joke:
Q-What does a red traffic light mean?
A- Stop if there is a policeman there.

Tigertiger, you obviously live in the south. Police have no effect like that in the north. Even when they are directing traffic people ignore them.
I've always wondered why so many Chinese wear glasses, yet so few wear sunglasses.
And
Why so many Chinese smoke cigarettes but hate cigars.
Also
Why, if I'm crossing the road and a car is approaching it doesn't steer behind me in the ever increasing gap, but tries to get in the ever decreasing gap in front of me between myself and the curb.
in order of asking i will answer. first they dont like to go out in the sun. they hate smoking but cigarettes are cool. they have to be in front could never accept being behind someone who hasnt a car.
Hi, Chichi1999. As a Chinese, your questions made me smile. I really enjoy to see what you've seen differently from your perspective, which is normal for me in my life. This is why the world is so interesting.
