I am looking for an international travel insurance (for Europe) here in China.

The insurance must include "repatriation insurance" and English translations of the documents.

If anyone has any experience or suggestions, please let me know. Thank you for your help.

@Silvio DaVinci One possible reason why you aren't getting any response is that many people here will have expat insurance rather than travel insurance. Different products for different circumstances and different conditions apply both for purchase and validity.

World Nomads has good packages. Certainly not the cheapest, but the coverage is good and you can buy it after having left your country of residence.
