Its dry in Kunming, be more comfortable?

Yea. I agree. I was pretty bored. I lack depth as a human being I guess. That's why i feel I fit in here. The prohylactic from lemon lover thing got me going. Wasn't much to say after that.

I hoped for a practical discussion on which brand humidifiers worked well for others, moisturizers, hydration drinks that were better, Chinese eye drops, TCM that is good and? Lemon fruit juices are actually great but the lemons here generally "suck".

Can't contribute to what you want as I simply have not had any of these problems. However, if you don't like the lemons, which I don't remember seeing in the market, try the limes, which I like.

Well, I find natural lotions and lip balms that my foreign friends make here in Kunming are quite nice for this dry weather. I met them at the annual Christmas fair. They're also the honey people and make all of their products from honey, beeswax, essential oils or something like that. If you're interested, my friend's WeChat is: ChinaBeeGuy

Has anyone else tried their skin care products?

I think I am drinking twice as much now just cause I'm thirsty more often. Sodas don't quench as long as sports drinks or voitamin water. Best is non sweetened cold tea.

Yellow Lemons are readily available in most of the supermarkets like Parksons, often in the refrigerated fruit and veggie section or in some of the local store front fruit stores usually in the back. They are almost all grown in China Yunnan or Sichuan despite what may be printed on them like grown in New Zealand.

Glad to hear they're grown in China - ridiculous to go shipping lemons to places that don't need them.

My skin gets really dry in Kunming, drinking plenty of mineral water helps. For my body I use aloe vera lotion after every shower, for face neutrogena moisturising face cream with hialuronic acid, skin food black honey eye cream and MG face masks with aloe or hialuronic acid. And to think that in my home country I didn't need any of this... haha
