Well, rightly said by many actually it has become a fashion or the fade for the students to keep the pets in the University dormitories.
But the,aim issue is looking after these pets & as a foreign Expert I had observed that students whether Chinese or the Foreign students are unable to keep these pets in the proper environment.
I still remember the Dorm staff caught one South Asian students having a puppy as a pet in his dorm and finally he has to give that puppy to the lady owner of the Departmental store in the campus.
Pets are wonderful but they should not be a nuisance for the owner or the neighbor
