Im going to Thailand on Monday and wondering if my union pay Construction bank card will work in ATMs there. My Bank of China card worked fine a couple of years ago.

And does anyone know if it would work in Bali?

Union pay cards work in most Thai (and Burmese..) ATMs. The withdrawal fee is fixed (about 10rmb) so better to withdraw the money you need for the trip in fewer translations.
