While recently I was talking generically about the quality of restaurants in Yunnan with some friends...I've just found this link then: thevegetarianchance.org/ where an italian chef owner of a place in Yunnan attended an international vegetarian contest in Italy. Anyway it'd be nice to have some food competitions in Yunnan too, do you know about some previous ones already organized?

Don't know any, but Chinese people love food fairs, so a contest has got to be a winner :)
