Since this is a public forum and many tourists come here he can be the first to be added to the list of Chinese tourist behaving badly. Like a few others mentioned - Begin at home.
It's not clear from the photo and description of local man, that he is Chinese. I couldn't find the quote, but funny either way :)
Don't know if he was a tourist but he was an idiot.
He apparently was trying to go to the Ferrari garage to ask them if he could drive.
The cars were too fast for him to decide which driver to scam with a fake injury
