Disgusting. Significant, perhaps, that this was in a school named 'Minzu'. Would be nice to see that those responsible were never allowed to work in education again, anywhere.

i think there was an article about micro-schools or mini-schools or something popping up somewhere in china. this would be good as parents could know who is teaching their kids and if they look like they crawled out of a sewer, remove them.

or home schooling.
