I am looking to start a website. Are there any good local hosts that I can pay for with a Chinese bank card? I do not have a credit card (and do not want one), which is why I ask. Thanks for any recommendations.

Recently started using Sinohosting and I am finding their server uptime to be unreliable. The service is ok otherwise, but server uptime is a very big issue as far as web hosting goes.

I don't know if they garantee server uptime but sure feels like they should!
Ha, they do not. Feel like a bit of a douche for missing that when I read their site during hosting researching.
