Where in Kunming can one go to find used electronics, i.e. computers, computer parts, etc?

taobao on bailonglu (or was that baiyunlu?). quality is hit or miss.

taobao city in Kunming, confirmed. I saw some second hand electronics, but didn't take a closer looik.
