i can see problems occur that have noting to do with the doctors, but management who save money by not sending tests samples of to labs. as most people are healthy you can get away with it for so long. the doctors may know nothing about such practices if they occur. might explain news story in post a few pages back. this is all about professional responsibility coming before profit, ie ethics. generally think thailand more ethical culture. ferget ideas of people paying more for a brand. people pay more for serviees they trust more. my ch family dont trust the doctors much here

here we go again, denigrating teachers. is it any wonder the education systems of the western world are fugged up. if all teachers are by definition tossers, then why pay them well, or resource their classes. leads to poor results of students, poor retention of staff, and not attracting best people, leads to comments about teachers being tossers, and the wheel goes round again

right wing dogma, every civilised country has a tax threshold before people pay tax.. even if poor pay tax it. leaves it open to the argument that if the peasants cant expect the same as shanghai because they dont pay shanghai taxes. poor paying taxes does not mean they will demand better services, just because you a middle class educated person would, huge assumption there, just more dogma. as already said, poor are often ignorant as to h;ow govermwent works

also society can be compartmentalized. leading to thinking of why waste energy thinking aobut things that you have not control over. a bit like karma but also a bit of picking battles you can influence. almost confuscian idea of knowing ones place and sticking to it

research suggests they most wont upsticks to a tax haven. some will like branson but they have probably done it already. by the time most wealthy get there, they are middle aged, have kids in school, connections with an area. they dont even move state, or even city. as for the poor caring where the tax goes, many are too ignorant of how governmt works anyhow. then there are some who just dont give a s41t, except that it is gone. most poor are disenfranchise by system, hence the recent populist waves

Swedish design ideas, kunming build quality. i have bought lots of ikea stuff in the past, the furniture at #11 are poor facsimiles of genuine item. Yes stuff is affordable, but poorly made and overpriced in my opinion. we took a good look around and looked closely at build quality and walked away.

It might be worth identifying which Prague venue you are reviewing.

When I first arrived in Kunming I did a tour of Wenlin Jie. I did't like the look of Prague.
More recently I have used Prague in Beichen a lot and I like it.
