Perhaps it might occur to somebody that whether or not a vaccination is risky depends on what one is being vaccinated against and the skills of the person doing the vaccinating.

So it can be updated before the time arrives? Or does this mean that the info is forecast for the coming time that is mentioned? Or does it mean that the update refers to the last recorded temperature?
It's now about noon, Tuesday - the weather info was updated at 7pm - it says that it is/was/will be 5 degrees C and sunny - so I reckon that means, at 7pm last night, the forecast was that today, at some point, the temperature will be 5 degrees C and sunny. I'm looking outside and it is now sunny. Or could it mean that, this evening at 7pm, it will be 5 degrees C & sunny (although the sun is said to set today at 6:38pm, so this is unlikely too).
If that's not it, then it means that it was sunny and 5 degrees C at 7pm yesterday, which is unlikely, since the sun had set.
Or is this thing operating for Greenwich Mean Time, or the time in, say, Paraguay?
So I still don't get it.

Social cooperation is also hard-wired into the individuals of an innately social species such as ourselves, without which the individuals of our species would not have survived to pass on any genes..Rouseau's 'noble savage' never existed, both he and Hobbes were wrong.

There are economic issues concerning education in China for very poor communities, which obviously need a bigger share of the economic pie than they are getting. Yet China's 'socialist market economy' is increasing the overall level of economic resources within China.

Not quite what you'd call a jumping place, but not bad at all for rather standard US-type meals, not overly expensive, and with a really good salad bar that's cheap, or free with most dinner dishes after 5:30PM. You can get a bottle of beer or even wine if you really want to, but I've never seen anybody do it - maybe that's just to take out. Chinese Christian run, and they hire people with physical disadvantages, who are pleasant and helpful. Frequented by foreign (mostly North American) Christians and Chinese Christians - was started by a Canadian couple associated with Bless China (previously, Project Grace), who are no longer here, but no religious pressure or any of that. Steaks are nothing special, and I avoid the Korean dishes, which I've had a few times but which did not impress me.

As a shop and bakery, it's very good bread at reasonable prices, of various kinds (Y18 for a good multigrain loaf that certainly weighs well over a pound. Other stuff too, like granola and oatmeal that is local, as well as imported things, including American cornflakes and so forth, which some people seem to require.

Large portions, seriously so with the pizza, which is Brooklyn/American style, I guess. Convivial, conversational, good place to drink with good folks on both sides of the bar, especially after about 9PM.

Really good pizza and steaks. The wine machine fuddles me when I'm a bit fuddled, & seems unnecessary. Good folks on both sides of the bar.
