The last time I went by Chapter One there were two large dogs inside the restaurant mingling with food and customers. I can't eat in an environment like that.

Thank goodness for a coffee shop with good coffee which was previously hard to come by in this city! Everytime I go to Chicago Coffee the drinks are excellent and the food that I've had is pretty good as well. However, my favorite thing by far is their home-roasted coffee beans that I buy and brew in my apartment. The beans are outstanding and since I've started to drink Chicago beans I've not found anything better. Your coffee is amazing.

Salvador's is mediocre at best, along with most of the western restaurants in Kunming. We do like some of the new sandwiches but over-all nothing special. Also, I was on my way through the alley last week and I was freezing so I stopped to get a cup of coffee to go. It had to be one of the worst cups of coffee I've ever tasted in my entire life. Nothing fresh about it, had that burnt, been sitting on the burner for who knows how long kind of taste. For a coffee house the coffee could use a little work.
