Does anyone know when and where you can play Volleyball in Kunming? Is it neccesary a subscription?

I've seen people playing volleyball every time I walked by in Yunnan University. A little to the side by the basketball courts.

Also, I don't know if it's still the case, but you used to be able to play ping pong on the 5th(?) floor of the building next to the gate on wenhua xiang.
