Viv, your fees are clearly stated on your website and menus. I think the problem is that the people taking the orders don't tell customers what the final price will be, and you don't use printed receipts (收据). If you did that, you wouldn't have to worry about those problems.

Even if people are wrong, and bad mouthing you out of turn. You still need to protect yourself from this. There is a reputational risk to your business. Even if some customers do get the wrong end of the stick, you can't blame the customers.

I'm trying again with this, because no one, not even the apparent official Lazy Bones rep him/herself, has addressed it:

Do Lazy Bones delivery guys expect to be tipped? They probably know that tipping is customary in the West, so do they expect their foreign customers to do it? I've ordered LB food a few times, and whenever I pay I feel like a jackass just giving them the exact amount, or, even worse, waiting for change. I haven't tipped because When In Rome and because I'm cheap.

Seriously. Let's have an answer already.

We are not support customers to tip our drivers,that's their job to delivery your food to you door as soon as they can, i understand how it works in the west, but they are not expecting customers to give tips, they will accept if the customers tipped them, but you don't need to feel bad at all if you don't,

we are gonna change it,we are gonna tell you the final price when you making the orders,also when our drivers got there, they will have to give you the receipts. everything you ordered and prices will be writen on it clearly,
