Found this stuff in my suitcase and packaging all in English but chemists here will look at the main ingredients, Fexofenadine in this case, and offer the same thing sold under a different brand. This stuff is strong. There is an old TCM shop (not the TCM hospital which is at the other end) at the end of the Bird and Flower market street that stocks an extensive range of western medicines including anti-histamine. They have some real doctors in this place and they might advise something less potent for your son depending on his age.
