Not to the point here, but 'Black, French and English' seems a bit weird.

Most of the bars will have something.
If you do go out, wear old clothes. The local population buy big cans of spray snow and spray people randomly and think it great fun. Certain areas of the city do look like there has been moderate snowfall in the morning. The police have tried to clamp down on this, and even tried to stop stores selling fake snow.
This canned snow ruins some fabrics, hence the note to wear old clothes.
